Monster Truck Jam

I took my wife and two daughters to the Monster Truck Jam last night at the Pepsi Center here in Colorado. I figured it would be pretty good and my daughters wanted to go but...

I had no idea how AWESOME it would be. Seriously, we had a great time. Grave Digger was great and there is a new female driver, Nicole Johnson, driving the Tazmanian Devil. She was very good, drove the hell out of that truck, won a few events. Of course my daughters thought she was the best.
We had very good seats comped by Advance Auto Parts. I just thought it was a very good show and the crowd was great also. I will be going to these in the future.
I would love to go to an outdoor event where they had more room, that looks even cooler!

It wouldnt surprise me if there were some added drama but really, you dont go to it for the competition. Its just to see HUGE trucks flying through the air. Popping wheelies and bouncing around.

GETRDONE!

Ah, I see.
I know a bit about the tech behind their rigs just because I’m a geek for Gear Head stuff like that but I don’t think I’ve ever sat down and watched an entire show from start to finish.
