Imagine if Richardson moves to RG eventually and we finally clamp down the right side of our line with two 6th rounders... |

As crazy as this sounds, if Herb continues to play well, and shows something at LT, leave him in there. Put Albert in at RG. Albert is a guard that is his natural position. We all know the Chiefs when it comes to experiments...i.e, Kendrell Bell, Eric Warfield to name a few...Oh yeah and Bartee...We all know how those worked. Bottomline is experiments fail 90% of the time.
Why fix something that works? if it works don't fix it...Why take the hot hand out? Alberts injury may not be a bad thing? |

Taylor can play RG, too.
We're not on the verge of a Super Bowl, here. There's plenty of time to work this out.

Albert is too good to not try at LT.
If Herb really does show something, you have to put him at RT and see. |

RedBull, while I don't want to get on Taylor's case too soon, the general consensus seems to be that Taylor has potential to be good but Albert has potential to be great. Taylor simply can't move his feet as fast as Albert does. Albert's footwork is outstanding.
So if Taylor reaches his upside, he's the type that will do just enough to earn a starting job, but not enough to be considered top tier. If Albert reaches his upside, he could be a borderline pro bowler. That's why you have to go through the Albert experiment. Taylor's skill set matches better on the right side. Quote:
