Tradeback ?

If we were to trade back with say the bengals or 49ers so that they could get crabtree before Seattle, what kind of compensation would we be receiving? Im just curious because I have seen this discussed frequently on the planet. I know that trades in the top 5 are pretty infrequent, but just been wondering lately.

Thanks

Who do you see going QB between 4 and 10?

Be aware of Cincy looking to drop out of their pick, but I think the lowest Sanchez would go provided he's the 2nd picked QB is 10th to San Fran.

I wouldnt mind Brown at 10 but i would rather drop and hope Sanchez falls there. I dont think we will run the 3-4 only. I think we may run a hybrid defense like Philly does if anything.

I only trade back if Sanchez and Stafford are both off the board.

I'd be greatly disappointed if they drafted Curry over one of the Top 2 QB's.
If they're both gone though I wouldn't mind the pick so much.

I don't think we waste our top pick on a QB, we need OL and DE, and LB Pioli does have a pretty good record of finding starting QB's in the later rounds and there will be some there to pick (Chase Daniels I know he's not tall enough but neither is Drew Brees and he's tough and a leader, and K-states QB says he leaving all the experts say he is the prototype NFL QB ) I don't really see any free-agent QB's out there that you want to build a team around, but it doesn't really matter until we have a big, strong, nasty OL like we had not to many years ago.

He has Stafford 1 Monroe 2 Curry 3....Sanchez goes 10 to the 49ers..

Even in his right up he basically says he'd likely take a QB as he doesn't feel Thigpen did enough but "I'm not the one making this pick"

He says in his writeup...

Up until about two months ago everyone had this pegged as a quarterback spot but it looks like Tyler Thigpen may have played well enough down the stretch to make the Chiefs feel comfortable moving forward with him as their starting signal caller. Personally, I don't know that Thigpen has done enough to justify passing on a top quarterback prospect but I'm not the one making that decision.

Daniel looked horrible and very uncomfortable under center during the Shrine Game.

I'd like to see the Chiefs pass on a QB this year. Spend 4-5 picks on OT's, and hope they're in position to draft Reesing next year.
