Best friend got hit head on by a drunk driver, was the guys 3rd time being arrested for it only this time he killed my best friends long time girlfriend and paralyzed my best friend from the waist down.

Hope your brother goes back for 2 years not 2 months and maybe add a 0 after it. No excuse…. If you’re needing to drive drunk it’s cause you either have a problem and are hiding it from your SO, or are too lazy to be responsible and either A not drink in the situation you’re in, or get a cab…

Sorry, but I’m also not sorry. Instead of a lawyer, sounds you like and your mum need to give some tough love and straighten his dumb ass out instead of looking for alley ways to get him off with a lighter sentence.

Disclaimer: happened 2 years ago. Spent 2 days in the can, paid a fine. Now they are sending him back for 2 months. This is all coming from my mom, who is an absolute wreck about it, and in general. Any worthwhile advice is fully accepted.
