Bills/ Bengals [cancelled - process in OP]

In case anyone needs it spelled out, we would play at a neutral site if the AFCCG ends up being Chiefs vs. Bills. All other scenarios abide by the usual rules (so any other game the Chiefs play will be at home).

KC, NE and Cincy win this week and it's all moot.

Vegas seems like a pretty good option. It’s a very good vacation place for fans of both teams to visit.

How is it even possible for Rog to completely **** up every single decision he ever has to make?

It's perfectly fine to flip a coin because the Ravens may beat the Bengals twice (though it doesn't matter because the ****ing rule says to go by percentages) but it's not ok to flip a coin for the #2 and #3 seed because a game was taken away from the Bengals.

It's perfectly fine to take HFA away from KC because a game was taken away from the Bills even though THE ****ING RULE SAYS TO GO BY PERCENTAGES, but it's not ok to take a game away from the Bills even though they didn't even play it!

Letting that moron with the stupid hair and utterly punchable face start re-writing the rule book during the season will end up turning this great game into an unwatchable farce.

Bisciotti and Pegula must have had their mouths in rare form the last couple days.

And while we're talking about the bills <---little b to match their little, flaccid dicks, they've been awfully silent about the whole thing right after Zac Taylor defers to them about playing the game and allows them to do "whatever they need to", in a human, compassionate way. Not a single word about anything. Just sit back and reap the benefits of what this unfortunate incident has brought on.

If they don't rest their starters against NE--giving the Bengals at least a chance to get the #2 seed--and they go all out to stay #2, screwing the Bengals and KC out of something they were on their way to earning, what little respect i might have had for them is out the window and i'll look forward to going to Buffalo and beating their asses by 40.

But i'm not mad...

Well said.

I don't like your team, but I certainly respect them. Used to feel that way about Buffalo. But those days are ****ing over.

Mark my words, if the Patriots beat the Bills tomorrow Buffalo will demand that the divisional game be moved to a neutral site because going back to Cincinnati this year would be too traumatic for them. And the NFL will honor their demand!

I like how goofs keep bringing up that the Chiefs lost to the Bills and Bengals.

So, in other words, KC needed to go 16-1 to deserve HFA? Or maybe to lose to two lesser teams? Just trying to follow the logic.

If either of them had won convincingly, it might make slightly more sense.

Still means nothing if the records are not TIED. That is for a tie-breaker only. Dumb mofos bring that shit up ignorantly. 14 > 13 > 12 last I checked. Going into Monday's game, we had 13, they had 12, refused to make up the game.... so they have to deal with that. Cincy was never going to catch us as long as we win out, which we have done and will do today. Buffalo chose to not play their 17th game, not our fault IMO, they were going to get smoked by Cincy that night.

What would them winning convincingly have to do with anything? Winning by a big margin has the same exact effect as winning by a small margin. The fact that both teams beat us is the only reason that Im fine with a neutral site game. It shouldn't be that way, but if the worst outcome is that KC only has to play 2 playoff games to get to the SB and 1 is at home and the other is at a neutral site, then I'm not going to complain too much.

If KC can't win at a neutral site against the Bills or Bengals to go to the Super Bowl, then they don't deserve to go anyway.

Level headed take but you’re wrong. NFL should operate by the rulebook. Chiefs win today they should have the bye and HFA. Making up the rules as they go in season sets a horrible precedence.

Saw your post on Bengalsboard, an admirable effort to rally the troops after getting the short end of this stick.

And they'll likely avoid playing both, which is huge of course.

You should be furious. I am for your team to be honest. Bengals got hosed for doing the right thing. What I really want to know is if the Bills abstained from the vote. Either way they could have stood up for the gals like the gals stood up for them. The NFL would have done anything they said to grease up the ole PR machine.
