Herm can't handle the egos...

Cdcox has been saying it for awhile now. Herm can't handle the egos. He's absolutely right. Today is undeniable proof that he's incapable of doing that. He can't handle Carl, he can't handle Tony, he can't handle Larry. He went to the press conference and threw a little hissy fit because his overpaid ass can't handle a bunch of other overpaid asses. All of whom aren't getting the job done.

Herm can't handle the egos.

IMHO TG bought into Herms whole rebuilding thing. As the season wears on he is seeing that the coaching staff doesn't have clue how to coach. I think we all see that. We had one of the better drafts that we have had in years and all the talent is being ruined by a bunch of fuggin idiots. Again this is just my opinion.
And sorry, but as respectfully as I can say it, it's a bullshit opinion.

Tony was here in 2006 when Herm was hired.

He knew EXACTLY what he was getting into when he signed that extension.

He thought he could sign the deal, cash the check, then bitch to Carl about playing for a winner, and that Carl would trade him.

He gets a fat payday, and gets to play for a contender. Best of both worlds.

Too bad he thought wrong.

Now he just looks like the selfish prick that has put himself ahead of his teammates not once, but twice.

If Tank said thats a good thing IMO. Let these young guys take on the leadership roles of this team. Let them change the losing culture those vets have in the locker room. It seems are vets are bunch of whiny vaginas. If the young guys band together and take over, we might have something special in the making.

Yeah, a whole new group of guys to gain 1 yard on 1st down in the R2P2 offense.

WTF good is having Bowe if you never pass for more than 3 yards at a time?

Our coach is a tard that cannot manage a team, let alone build one.

How do I know this?

Look how it played out, Sherlock.

I love how calling out Gonzalez for being a me-first prick equals loving Herm?

Could you explain that to me, in English?

FWIW, Tyler was being very respectful of TG. He was just expressing how odd it is to be in a locker room with a guy who doesn't want to be there. Anybody that says this isn't a distraction to the entire team has never played/worked on a team.

Well if Tony tanks the rest of the season and only puts forth half the effort then I will admit he was being a selfish prick. But no way do I fault him for wanting to get out of this worthless organization. It has gotten worse every year Herm has been here with no end in sight for the slide this team is in.
The only way this team rebuilds is to rebuild from the GM down. They have started with the players and now lets shit can the rest of the problem.

Thanks for bringing such insight to the conversation.

Now run along, back to the kiddie table.

Do you get paid by each worthless bitch you make on here or something?

Don't worry, they'll be another coach here next year for you to get sand in your vag about when they don't immediately get back to your precious 8-8.

Then no offense, but I'm glad I've never been part of the same team as you.

Tony put himself ahead of the team, not once but twice. And people are hailing him the conquering hero for speaking out - not even thinking about the message it sends to a roster full of young players.

Meanwhile, there are people that want to burn Brian Waters at the stake for NOT speaking out, when he's the one taking the high road, acting like a professional, and not airing the team's dirty laundry in the media.

I'm glad Tyler called him out, and I hope the other younger players have the balls to do the same. Who wants to play with a guy who turns his back on the other 52 guys in the room?

Yea, you have defended Herm and Carl in this and other threads for not trading Tony as well as making excuses for this sad attempt at builing a football team.

Hello ****ing McFly...Carl has been here almost 20 years. Herm is on his 3rd year on a decilining, with no improvment in sight, team. Oure defense shows what happens after 3 years of Herm.

We got a LE playing RE, 2 DT's playing DE, a LT playing RT, a G playing T and Herm is puzzled why we can't get a ****ing first down?

And you and the other peterson-puffer have been calling this rebuilding.

Yea, this is rebuilding if you want to be the ****ing Detroit Lions.

How does Shanahan manage to avoind such embarrassing outings with a steady rotation of RB's, QB's and linemen?

Teams have been built, went to the SB, fell apart, rebuilt, and went to the SB again in the time Peterson has been our coach.

We are on our way to being the Raiders and Lions.

Our coaching sucks across the board. You cannot deny that. I do not believe anyone in the NFL can suck as bad as we do and have a good coach at the helm.

Exactly.
I love teammates that worry more about what the other guy is doing than them. Then again you are defending the abortion at Arrowhead like Herm was a lover or something.

Tyler ain't done shit to call out anyone about anything, anywhere. Especially someone like TG. Tyler and others need to learn how to ****ing block and tackle before they start worrying about the Hall of Famer.

I work on a team and some of my teammates do shit I don't like everyday. That's life. You do your job and don't worry about the other guy. Everyone does their own job and that is how you succeed. The coach can worry about TG.

Tyler just hasn't been around long enough to realize how much Herm and Carl have ****ed this team.

Blah, blah, blah. Puff your chest some more. You know, the more times you say this, the more likely it is Clark might read it and fire Carl and Herm...

And I've not denied that, ****stick.

How many times to I have to say that I can't wait for THE ENTIRE FRONT OFFICE to be shitcanned?

But guess what, ****tard?

Nothing is going to happen until the end of the season. A new coach will come in and clean up the mess. Whoever it is is going to have their work cut out for them, but will also have some good young talent to work with.

Jesus Christ, you're like a Chatty Cathy doll with a busted string...
