Shipley

Dude is icky. Super fast. Incredible route running. Just a bad sonofabitch.

That being said, think he'll be available in round 2? If he is, would ya want him?

2a- Shipley/Linebacker
2b-Linebacker/Shipley/Olineman
3- Oline

I remember when Mecca said he'd rather be raped with a toilet brush than draft Orakpo, and I can't say I'd blame him.

I liked him at first, but his inconsistent play down the stretch and pedestrian combine for a supposed freak, as well as the Texas stigma soured me on him.

I guess I should have gone with my gut

Everette Brown: 6'4"...combine: 6'1 1/2"

He seems like a career ST guy who will probably hang on as a #5 receiver. #3-#4 that I mentioned earlier is his absolute top upside.

Bad program, bad system, old prospect, checkered injury history. Too many ?s for me.

Which means the Chiefs will draft him and probably and lot higher than he's supposed to go too.

Not me. He may get drafted too high, but I don't think he'll be a starting WR in the league it's hard to tell how good his route discipline is because he's in the spread, but he struggles a bit with separation. He has very good hands and makes tough catches to make up for it, but he isn't big enough to play without separation. I may be wrong, but that's the way I see it.

Shipley is a good returner, worth a late round flyer.

Here look at this...

Look how low these guys are.
You think those rankings will remain consistent through April?

Just say NO to Texas.

Shipley is a hell of a college WR. But just about every player that has come out of Texas has been complete dogshit.

I think he will. He was almost suspended for academics this year, right? He's just biding his time in college and will declare.

Briscoe is gone. Macdougald looks like a promising young WR though. KU might have a down year next year, but they have had pretty good talent for a TOP 25 team standards the last 3 years.

If Briscoe leaves early someone should slap him in the head, he's going to leave early to be taken in the mid to late rounds, that's not smart.
