3. Alex Smith throw the ball downfield to the WRs
4. A CB step up and cover someone
5. Knile Davis show he really is an NFL rb.

two seasons ago, I'd agree with you. now, Bowe is going to change your mind. he really put it all together last season imo. it didn't show up stats wise, but he had the explosion I always felt he could have with some hard work and his routes are superb. watch this guy now.

Smith to at least look at our receivers downfield. I doubt he actually throws a pass that far but can he at least look at those guys?

-Alex Smith throwing downfield. Use McCluster outside of the slot. I doubt the Chiefs will show their hand, though
-Chase Daniel running a few first team reps
-Give Stanzi the majority of the second half even if that means less of Bray
-Let Poe play and move him around
-Less of Tyson Jackson. More starting D-line sets that include Powe or Bailey
-A RB other than Knile Davis to see quality snaps
-Play Jalil Brown a lot (again). He's going to need the team. Give him the reps
-More McDougald
-Give Nico Johnson some cracks with the starters
-Cut the complete crap guys now

If Bowe's comments have any truth to them, then a lot of people are going to be disappointed. He already came out and said that they won't be opening up the offense and throwing downfield this preseason.

Bray is not going to the practice squad.

Stanzi has been in the league for 2 seasons now. He's dog shit... move on. He's the 4th string QB and there's no way you play him over the #2 and #3 QBs.

If Stanzi is the 4th string QB and that's decided, then just cut him now. Don't waste snaps on him.

If you're going to keep him, give him a shot to earn his stripes. You can't call a guy dog shit based on the limited opportunities he was given under the Pioli regime. Bray would be fine on the Practice Squad. He'll easily clear waivers and he needs time. And given that I have no confidence at all in Chase Daniel right now, I'd rather Stanzi be the next in line in a pinch than Bray.
