Anyone wanna bet on another team?

I have to say that the Lakers having won 10 straight seem to be better than any of the last championship teams. Not only that but they are relaxed and having fun like none of the other teams ever have. It's weird watching Kobe joking with Shaq and Carl and Payton. The confidence is just oozing out of their pours. It's like they already know they have won it all. The D is playing great. Offensive boards are off the scale. This team has just beginning to gel and they are already unbeatable IMO. The only thing that can stop them now is a major injury or two.

Denver is going to have a ton of money to spend this coming off season...if it truely is about the money.....

If my understanding of the soft "salary cap" they run in the NBA is correct, only the Lakers can offer him the league max... If Kobe leaves, it would be on his own and for significantly less money, since the Lakers would never go for a sign and trade...

When Portland plays as well as they can and the Lakers play as bad as they can. Very sloppy passing combined with not being able to make a shot killed them. That was a very hard game to watch. Remember prior to them losing to the Spurs they won 11 straight. I still think they will win it all but not if they play anything like they did last night. Nobody could hit a shot. Payton missed 3 layups for gods sake. They looked like they were on heroin. Kobe shot the ball as bad as he ever has.
