I really should leave someone like Rainman to do this thread. I'll probably approach it completely the wrong way. But eff it. I'll do it anyway.
Give your percent satisfaction with what Todd can do. There is no, "Yes, he's good but ______." If there's a stipulation, it gets factored in as a positive or negative result. Factor everything in. The kind of job he's doing now, the kind of job you think he'll do, the kind of job he'll do when/if he's a head coach next season, etc. Pick a number. |
