Let’s talk about the Texans

We’re back! Our favorite football team, the world champion Kansas City Chiefs, have a football game in less than 10 days!

Our foe is familiar. They’re coming in with wrecked pride and mashed vaginas due to Mahomes eviceration, but they look different this time. And their safety said it would be different this time!

Like everyone else, the Texans have tried copying our model. They got rid of an elite receiver to bring in Brandin Cooks and his concussions, but provided he can still be the same guy, that gives the Texans 3 top receivers with 4.3 speed in Fuller, Cooks and Stills. Randall Cobb is a nice vet as 4th receiver and David Johnson now works for wanna Hoodie, so maybe he can recharge his once promising career?

Their weapons will probably be the toughest thing about them and it should be fun to see what Spags does to counter.

Their defense is still terrible. Sure JJ Watt will probably be a problem at times. Give him credit, it’s the beginning of the season and he will be a force until the 3rd quarter when he inevitably gets sent to the hospital again to end his season.

The best part about this defense is not that their secondary is basically the same terrible secondary that we scored on at will. It’s not that our old friend Phillip Gaines is still there. No they had to do us one better!

Guess who their starting safety is per ourlads? Eric ****ing Murray!

This game should be a fun offensive battle but I foresee us putting at least 45 on these guys. Clyde the Glyde is gonna take off and we’re going to win!

I doubt it. He’s only had at least 140 and 2 TDs twice in his career, both in 2016.

His stats are fairly consistent (at least until last year), but he rarely has big games. He’s normally around 70-90 yards with maybe a TD.

The Texans have 2 rookies on their offensive line with no preseason to adjust to NFL pass rushers. Spags and Daly gotta be liking that. Unleash the hounds.

Watson has always been one of the most sacked QB's in the NFL- I think we bash the NFL highest player up and down the field.

My bad. I had Howard and Scharping as rookies instead of 2nd year players.

All true, but they got worse talent wise this year... not to mention theres just no way BOB had the kind of cohesive and smooth offseason we did amidst all the covid BS

I honestly believe its gonna be a laugher

From the limited perspective of seeing only 1 practice- I don't think the Chiefs will be rusty at all on either side of the ball.

Mahomes missed 1 pass the entire practice- one deep pass off Hardman's finger tips.
Butker almost hit a 69 yarder in practice.
Sausage and CEH looked great finding holes to run through.

This team is LOADED and MOTIVATED!

They might end up being the best in Chief's history.

Texans WR Isaiah Coulter and CB Gareon Conley are headed to IR, the team announced.

Losing Conley is the bigger blow to the team this season.

Texans’ nickel D likely features Lonnie Johnson and Bradley Roby on outside, Vernon Hargreaves/John Reid in slot
