I never said that’s why. Those are your words.

To me it’s coming off like a tantrum becuase he got fired and didn’t get the Giants job.

And that is the entire point that LA and Whitlock are making.

This does nothing for Flores OR black coaches and front office members.

Oh look, more statements from Roger about their poor hiring practices.

Roger, buddy, have none of your attorneys EVER heard of this little thing called an "Admission against interest"?

Dude - just shut the **** up. I know you don't actually believe any of this crap and are just trying to bow to your corporate overlords, but this is still all going to be used against you.

Use your head, man.

How the hell will he EVER get the 'numerosity' requirement for a class action?

There aren't any hard and fast limits on it, but typically if you can't get at least 40 members, you're not gonna get a class certification. Do they really think, especially with the recent Transunion Holding, that they can find 40 people who can make a showing of 'concrete harm' beyond mere speculation?

I still think Flores lawyer is an idiot.

That's rich coming from the biggest, whiniest, bitch in the forum. You shed more tears and freak out when called on things then everyone else combined.

You should eat the biggest dick you can find and stop spreading your bullshit.

Flores had no reason to be fired from Miami- especially if he didnt want Tua and preferred Herbert. I can believe that Elway came in drunk and was dismissive during their interview. Rooney interviews are mostly sham interviews it seems.

True to form, you're being stupid as always..

The Tua/Herbert stuff is revisionist history. Loads of fans were thrilled that the Chargers picked Herbert over Tua. Both QBs were considered top 15 talents. People are acting like it was clear cut that Herbert was superior. It wasn't.

Regardless if he wanted Herbert over Tua, he didn't help Tua at all by pouting about having him and turning everything into a power struggle. Maybe Tua would be a better QB if Flores didn't turn the offensive coaching staff into a Bavarian fire drill.

He got fired because he made it a pick me or Tua situation. The owner went with his GM and QB. There was no situation where the owner could keep both without the situation blowing up.

He only said those things to get the gullible media on his side. Hence the reason for the over the top rhetoric plastered throughout the lawsuit.

The selection of players might be the most rigorous, data driven and merit based recruitment of any occupation. Hell, these guys are recruited before high school and every public analyst and fans weigh in on these decisions. There is nothing unusual about the demographic splits. Have you ever heard nearly the active effort to get more black players into hockey? No. Because people don’t doubt that players are usually picked out of merit.remember when urban got destroyed for bringing in Tebow on a meaningless contract? That’s how much these decisions are scrutinized.

That 2/3, you would expect, would at least influence who manages them, not the other way around. The selection of coaches is way more subjective and people pay way less attention. It’s not a secret that the nfl is as bad as it gets when it comes to favoring a good ole boy network.

If he were trying to effect change he wouldn't have hired some dipshit shyster who managed to gack the holding of a 1L caliber case like Plessy v. Ferguson.

This is a strike suit. 90% of what that lawyer wrote ranges somewhere between unsubstantiated and irrelevant. And stuff like the Belichick texts were designed to do nothing but embarrass the league and/or BB.

Have to wonder if some of this is also based on timing.

Keep in mind that gruden is going to sue and I’m sure his first question will be why the **** did the nfl redact every email but “accidentally” chose to leave his name on there. Seems malicious. Second is the Daniel Snyder shit. The nfl is getting a lot of heat for creating a sham investigation into themselves then hiding it from the public, with the absurd clause that information can’t be made public unless Daniel Snyder approves it.

If feels like this is just the tip of the iceberg. Why would the owners continue to protect Snyder? Are they afraid of how much he knows at this point? It’s interesting timing because the owners are in a really bad spot right now. Have to think Flores is exploiting some of that

If Flores wasn't fired would he have told the story about being offered 100k to lose?
If Flores wasn't fired would he have landed another NFL HC position?
