Alex Smith dropped 44 points on the Colts and somehow still lost. Alex is a hero. 44 points can win you a SUPERBOWL. What happened to the best defense in the league? They sure weren't out there tonight. You could cut all of them and it wouldn't matter. What matters is having Alex.

The coaching, field awareness of the players and play calling were horrendous after we got the lead.

The coaches made no efforts to run the ball and control the clock
Guys were catching the ball and running out of bounds
The defense we called was sad, no adjustments to the limited gameplan Indy had at all
Kendrick Lewis and Dunta Robinson

Faulting Alex Smith is just dumb.

Smith WAS exceptional. 44 points, 4 TDs, 380 yards, 57 yards rushing, no INTs. That is exceptional my any measure.
