He's the bell of the ball as far as wideouts go but he's older, not that productive and frankly just has a strange track record. Everyone but JAX is slow playing the WR market. They got their JAG and made him a jag.

That's shocking with Aaron Jones. We can't afford him but he's always been the guy I thought would do a ton of damage in our offense.

I don't normally advocate for old RB's but it would be a nice duo, and he's going to be making some dead money from the pack.

It makes sense for the Faid and they have the money to spend there, but the biggest takeaway from the Wilkins signing and how much money they gave him is they ABSOLUTELY were inking Jones (or trying damn hard to) for $32+ mil. per year. They were prepared to spend big at DT and Jones was their first option, with Wilkins being the backup plan.

Thank god we paid the extra couple million more per than we wanted, because I don't think I could have handled seeing Jones twice a year in that awful silver and black uniform!
