Here's a head start on the thread of the most grueling test of golf in the world. Winged Foot is a beast, it could be like watching

thrown amongst a pack of coyotes and pent-up Kansas wheat farmers.

One more thought--If I ever build a golf course, I think I should name it Clubbed Foot.

Monty yanked the rat fuck out of that shot. You can tell the pressure is getting to him. It's too easy to hit a yank like that under pressure with that upright of a swing.

Oh fuck Phil is trying to hit a wood out of the cabbage...and is over the green in two after playing a ridiculous cut around and through the trouble. What a fucking shot.

Monty is +4 through 3, and Phil just hit a terrible chip shot after such a great recovery. Stricker is surprisingly riding the par train.

Monty is dying. This is always the best part of the open... you get into that Saturday where it turns into a massive struggle across the board and everybody's just trying to stay afloat. If Stricker can just keep getting pars he'll be in good shape.
