In case anyone needs it spelled out, we would play at a neutral site if the AFCCG ends up being Chiefs vs. Bills. All other scenarios abide by the usual rules (so any other game the Chiefs play will be at home).

Buffalo didn't own the 1 seed before the game started and it looked like Cincinnati was going to score on them at will. Not sure how they could be outraged if the NFL doesn't somehow hand them the 1 seed. But KC would have plenty of reason to be outraged if that happened.

Give them the opportunity to complete the game in week 19 if necessary, and if they choose not to, they forfeit.

The Chiefs had to play two days after Belcher, right? There aren't many more traumatic situations than that.

Yep and I believe sources close to the Bills organization has privately stated that they have no desire to go back to Cinci and play this game. Take the L and move on or have it be a no contest is the easiest solution.
