Advice for a knee brace...
I tweaked my knee a couple of years ago. Not a big deal, but I bought a knee brace to get through the discomfort/recovery. It worked great but is way too tight and cumbersome for regular use.
I'm looking for knee support that I can wear while mowing my uneven yard and playing golf that's not meant for knee injury recovery. I've looked online and the product claims are all over the place. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Regards, Stewie... the knee jerk |

I tore a tendon in my knee nearly 30 years ago and never had it fixed. As a result it would dislocate from time to time. I tried all kinds of braces over the years, but could never find one comfortable enough to wear while I was working until I found these. They dont have hinges in them so I could perform my job (plumbing) with it on and still be comfortable while having the support I need.
"Mueller Adjustable Knee Brace Support, Black, One Size Fits Most - Walmart.com" https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mueller-A...B&gclsrc=aw.ds As an added bonus, they don't break the bank which is nice since I was going through one every 6 months or so. The one I have now has lasted a lot longer now that I'm out of the workforce. |

Try wearing some white New Balance shoes in addition to the brace.
