Kimble Anders

Ok, I'm a little confused. I realize that we passed so much Sunday because we had to and that limited our running game. But after the announcement of Kimble being our starting RB, why didn't he get a carry until the 2nd half? Is it because we didn't run until we were in a goal line situation and Moreau is going to be our goal line back? But if that's the case, why did Kimble end up with 2 rushing touchdowns? Why didn't Moreau get those carries?
