White has virtually zero nutritional value. I've eaten wheat for years and years - whole wheat.

Only white bread for me, I have never like any kind of dark bread, like rye, wheat, or any of it, just white or toast.

Definitely wheat. Whole weat is really the only more nutritional one. If it doesn't say whole wheat, it is probably just dyed and something else (read that in Men's Health magazine a few months ago.

White, if it is unhealthy it is probably a staple of my diet. Though I guess I eat one of the healthier types of white.

I eat all breads. I'm omnibreadus.
I must say that I do prefer white and sourdough, though. I'm not a big fan of rye.
