Steve Corkran, of the Contra Costa Times, reports the Oakland Raiders want the Minnesota Vikings to renegotiate WR Randy Moss' contract before they deal him to Oakland. The Raiders want to reduce Moss' $7.25 million cap figure for next season, according to a team official.

This is on the verge of being the best off season story. Could you imagine if the deal didn't go down and Moss stayed a Vike...they think he takes plays off now.

Well to get the hell out of the cold Minn. weather to at least a warmer climate in Oakland, one can understand that. He'll just be taking a big pay-cut and be on a team that appears to be heading another 5-11 season.
