If you like Greek food...
Here is a great site for Greek recipies. This site was crated by the station manager at the first AFRTS radio station I ever worked at. He married a greek, and still lives in Athens..
Greek recipies I whipped up some Tzadziki and have my cubed pork marinating for some authentic souvlakia this evening... All I need now is some REAL Amstel beer (not the light crap you get in the US) to wash it down... DT |
