My vote would be Kindal Moorehead from the Panthers. I dont know if he is a FA or restricted but he has a hell of pass rush.

Moorehead is a 3rd year man out of Alabama. Isnt used much against the run but has a good bull rush with 5 sacks last year.

He is a old but Sam Adams looks the best to me.
