With all the TV stuff, what's the best TV for $500 or less?

It's a little bit over 500, but you can always finance it, and these TVs have gotten phenomenal reviews for their price and picture clarity.

I bought an Insignia TV from Best Buy and it crapped out within a week. I exchanged it for a Phillips and haven't had a problem in the year since.

Just sayin'...

For $600 or less, if it is your primary set, I really wouldn't bother with geting an outdated 4:3 tube set. Either wait for bit longer to get a new set or spend around $250 more for a budget 42" HD set.
