I'm not sorry that these guys have had to take numerous (post game) comments. They have been asking for it for a ling time. Donkey thread after thread after thread proclaming how great the Donks are and KC has problems.........
Donks posters - lay off the threads for a while and wake up to reality. ------------------ CHIEFS [This message has been edited by Best-in-West (edited 09-26-2000).] |

Chitown, thanks... it's no big thing really. A lot of these posts make me laugh.
BestWestern ... what exactly is reality? Denver is just as good as KC overall? Sure, KC won the battle, but the war isn't over. In all honesty, KC can sweep Denver every year ... and if at the end of that year, Denver still makes the playoffs and KC sits at home - it's all good with me. Two games do not make an NFL season. Mile High, I would disagree just a little about the two games does not make a season. The Chiefs could lose every game in a season, just so long as they beat the faiduhs.

Yeah, but I think you get my point... Denver could lose twice to KC, and still win 10 or 11 games and win the division. I'd hate to get it like that, but if it works... Ah well.

Yeah I get your point. Infact when I read it I had to cringe just a little.
Tell me, are there any teams that you just have to beat even if you loose the rest of the season? ------------------ WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, THE TOUGH GET GOING! [This message has been edited by raiderhader (edited 09-26-2000).] |

Thanks ChiTown
I can stomach losing to the Chiefs, but a Raider loss taints a whole season. I especially like seeing Denver beat them out there. |

Drew,
I have to agree there. The Chiefs could go 2-14, but as long as the two wins are over Oakland, then it's a winning season in my book. I am fairly neutral about the Chargers and Seahawks, I don't LIKE the Broncos, but I HATE the Raiders. Hell, Oakland vs. Dallas is the ONLY time you'll catch me rooting for the Cowboys.
