Is mlb2k8 worth getting?

I have a 360 and the only baseball game out for it is mlb2k8,and i really do want to get a baseball game,but not if it really sucks or anything. So is it worth the buy or not?

If you have it hooked up to the internet it is. The patch is out for it and it improved the ****ed up framerate. Its a decent game, but its by far from the best. I have it though. lol

I like it. The pitching system is cool. There's a lot of little glitches and stupid shit but the patch has fixed the framerate for the most part.

the swing stick pisses me off and they took out the option to just use a button to swing(at least on ps3). I went with the show but it is unplayable online so **** it all
