Possibly the best parking spots on earth.

I work downtown and park at a hotel's parking garage, and just had to share this.

If you get there early enough, they have a whole bunch of parking spaces that are in between support pillars for the building. This means that you pull in and you have four pillars surrounding your car. What's even better is that the spacing of the pillars means that no other car can park within about eight feet of you, so door dinging is completely impossible.

As an added bonus, they're indoors and away from the windows, so no sun damage either.

It's not the best photo, but here's what it looks like.

I think it's quite possible that these are the best parking spots on earth.

I would think the best parking place in the world would be one of the 'Guest' parking places at the Playboy Mansion.

Nah, I'll bet those Ferraris have really long, heavy doors. Nothing would be worse than walking out with a blonde on each arm and seeing a big ol' ding in your door from a Ferrari.

I beg your pardon, but the Z3 is among the manliest of cars. It's German, which means of course that it's ruthless and efficient, and it's a sports car, which means that it needs a real man to drive it, and it's apricot, which means...well...did I mention that it's German?

It's GERMAN! German, as in panzers and stukas and world domination and schnitzel and halftracks and beer. There's no such thing as a German chick car.

What about Ilsa, She-wolf of the SS driving a Kubelwagon?

I agree nicer than a Miata, and more international than a pontiac solstice. and more impressive than a mini or Jetta. Was it between the Z3 and the little Mercedes convertible?
