I think Alice Cooper doesn't get his due in rock history. He has some good songs to go along with his schtick.

What counts as a video? The Monkeys were doing a weekly video TV program in the 60s and the Beatles made some full length music features around the same time.

As Patteeu said, bands were sending out promotional videos of their songs as early as the mid-60s.

I do dig that Alice Cooper video, though.

I too would appoint a chimpanzee to a high level cabinet position if I was elected to higher office.
