Chiefs Is Pioli the most overrated GM in the NFL?

Evidence against him:

1. Herm Edwards is still the coach.
2. Cunningham denied the right to speak to Lions.
3. Spags gone.
4. Rex Ryan gone.
5. Schwartz gone.
6. Hasn't publicly endorsed Thigpen as the QBOTF.
7. Hasn't reached out to LJ, the most important player on the team.
8. Rumored to have Sanchez AND Stafford in the top 20 on his board.

Looks like we should have gone with Marty.

In fact, this goes right in line with his methods and this is how he built his legacy.

If he had done any of what you have mentioned, right after he got hired, I would have probably speculated the same. The only thing that concerns me though is his speech pattern, or the way he speaks in public. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that he did not too much talking back in NE but what I see, I sense from it some... fear? inexpereince? but I wish that I am wrong.

At first, I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. But at this point, I'd have to say that he is not only the worst GM in the NFL, he is the worst GM ever.

Doesn't look like he's living up to this promise. And if he's doing nothing one week into his tenure, what can we expect next year, let alone next week?
