How do you relieve stress?
Yes, I realize there will be multiple "masturbation" replies.

I've just got a lot going on right now. It's not a time management issue. It's more of a life management issue. What do you do when you've got a lot on your mind?

I love to drive around. Now that I've got a bike, I think I'll give that a whirl, too.

Well, if you're having trouble thinking too much, closing yourself up in a car or going for a long bike ride probably isn't the best thing to do, being solitary events with plenty of opportunity for your mind to wander. I would say either find something that will keep your mind occupied or resolve the issues that are running through your mind. Meeting up with friends, watching TV, reading a book, anything where you won't just be sitting there thinking. But the best approach would probably be to directly attack whatever issues you're having, instead of seeking ways to escape from them, although that's easier said than done.
