If the price were right yes.
I wouldn't pay a lot of money for him but I would sign him behind Cassel and let him work for the starting job. He has showed signs of being real good. Plus, if he did start, as long as Haley has let Cassel start, he wouldn't have to wrried about getting pulled everytime he messes up. Would I pay first round money for him? Hell no. But I would give him a shot, a healthy VY is 20x better than Cassel.. But, he isn't healthy much.
