This is gay but... Kendra gives insight on Football
My wife is passed out on the couch, and I'm sitting here with the channel on E! because she has the remote clutched in her clammy hands.

Anyway, it's on Kendra!, and it's actually pretty interesting because she's married to Hank Baskett, a receiver for the Vikings. Watching her watch him play ball on the TV totally takes me back to watching Trent where every single play seems like it's the hugest deal in the world and every play seems like it could be the end all and be all.

Anyway, it was interesting. Makes me happy that Trent doesn't play anymore. I don't need that added stress and intensity in my life in the Fall.

It is funny... but it's also real. That's pretty much what every Sunday was like at my house when Trent played. My wife and I would be in huge ****ing fights as I tried to offer some perspective on what was going on while she interpreted every bad play to be the end of the world. Like I said... I don't miss it because I spent most of the game saying, "We can still win this. That interception isn't going to cost us the game/season/career." etc... Hystrionics at their finest. What I wanted to do was watch the ****ing game, but instead I was running emotional/psychological damage control the entire time.
