We have the same crappy Oester blender from when we got married 30 years ago. We hardly ever use the blender but use our food processes quite a bit. Here is the list of things I use a blender for:
Crushed ice fru-fru drinks (hardly ever make them) Milk shakes (too fat -- never make them) Breakfast Smoothies (never make them) If we didn't have a blender, I probably wouldn't get one based on what I know about blenders. So what do modern blenders do better than food processors? What do you folks use them for? |
