I think it has to do with the fact that they've been cleansing the roster and eating dead money. Roster has no talent on it. I actually think they over performed this year.

Oakland is such a bad spot for coaches they had to settle for Allen last time. They fire him and they'd be lucky to get interest from a Jr High coach.
