Had the fortune of spending the day with Marty Schottenheimer
Some of you have seen the film for Marty that I was a part of that featured 17 of Marty's former players from KC, Cleveland, SD sharing memories and offering well-wishes. Last week, my friend and co-producer went out to NC to meet the Schottenheimer's and show the the film in person. It was unreal watching Marty react to these wonderful moments that he was a part of. Even though the Alzheimer's has taken away some of his memory, he can still recall a lot of his football-related life and that made us happy. His wife Pat is a saint and the day could not have gone any better. Here's a video of Marty reacting to watching our film:

We still have DVD copies and digital copies of the film available with a portion of all proceeds going to Alzheimer's research.

The thought occurred to me.......is Marty 'ok' enough to travel, etc.?

It would really be nice to honor the man once more at a home game.

He can travel and regularly attends local high school games, Panthers practices, games etc. He will be at Arrowhead in December when Tony G goes into the Chiefs HOF.

i hope they try that cryogenic therapy that joe nasmith did maybe that could help marty.

I would interject here that discoveries are being made every day. You don't have to be a doctor - you can read the results of legitimate trials every day as they are published. Take charge of your health. Learn more about the body and healing.

If you want an alternative to whatever may ail you take the time and look for everything available to you.

Learn as much as possible.
