What you mean to say is our defense finally came up clutch and stopped a team that was driving down the field to tie the game, something they often don’t do.

They've been getting off easy thanks to the defense having fewer redeeming qualities overall, but something has to change. We've got too much talent on offense to be hibernating for quarters at a time and failing to close out games with three, four chances to do so at the ends of games.

Didn't the offense not score under 26 all of last year? They've been somewhat off much of the year. No run game, no killer instinct, Mahomes isn't as sharp, etc.

Hill being out really hurt

I think we really struggle if Erving was still in there at LT. Bosa and Ingram would have destroyed him.
