Who has XM? What is your favorite station?

I like listening to the 90's on 9....and Vibe type rock on 43...and Rock on 45...Acoustic type stuff on the Loft 50 channel...

When I am driving around with my friends we like to listen to BPM or The System sometimes. I jump around alot.

90's on 9 even though I despise Girl 2.0, Priestly, and Kane. ESPN 140. 46 Top Trax. 45 is good too.

I'm new to XM. I have the add on auto XM. It's not integrated into my car stereo. It has a big dial on the front of it. I like to spin the dial and channel surf. However if you stop on a channel for an instant, it automatically tunes to that station even though I didn't hit the "enter" button. This drives me crazy. I want to channel surf without changing the station. Is there a setting for this? How can I do this? What am I missing? So far, I really like my XM radio. My wifed, who is an 80's freak, doesn't like it as much as I thought she would. It's not that she doesn't like it. She's just unimpressed.

I picked up Sirius a month ago... I listen mostly to "NFL Talk" (yes, all NFL talk radio

) and Air America Radio...

The music stations are pretty quality too, but sports talk all the time for me during the season.
