Young basically said that Cutler needs to learn how to play the QB position. That he needs to go home and watch the all-22 of Drew Brees from that game and be honest with himself.

Dilfer said that Cutler has no excuses for failure, he's had great coaches, weapons, running game, etc. He has been coddled throughout his career and it might finally be time to decide that Cutler just isn't ever going to be good enough.

They also wondered if there are 10 teams in the league who would take Jay Cutler and his $126 mil ass over their current starter.

Basic rant on how much Jay Cutler sucks and the only reason why he is a starting QB right now is because of coaches falling for his arm strength, he lacks the ability to quickly process and make smart decisions and likely will never gain that ability at this point of his career.
