I've had us 12-5 all off-season. It's a rough schedule, and we'll drop a head-scratcher in there somewhere, as we usually do.

Chargers schedule is easier, and they might well take the division with an equal record or a game up.

And it won't matter, because come play-off time, we'll be rolling.

I'm not sure there have been any truly head-scratching losses in the Mahomes era. Maybe losing to Brissett and the Colts at home a few years ago, but that was with a hobbled Mahomes and no Hill/Watkins. They don't lose to garbage teams. Which is why predicting a loss to Jacksonville at home is ridiculous.

The way things unfolded in the 2nd half was head-scratching, but it was still a tight loss vs a good team.

Oh sure there have been. No JAX bad, but teams we should have beaten. Chargers, Colts, Tenn, didn't Houston beat us in the regular season in 2019? That Raiders loss with eleventy billion points scored, etc.

Those were all WTF games.
