Crystal for me to. It's not the hottest, and pepper heads may scoff at it, but it adds to the flavor without overpowering with heat. Also it doesn't overpower ya with vinegar and trigger acid reflux.

So.... speaking of hot sauce. I found this stuff the other day at Sunfresh, and ****ing hell so delicious.... It's not actually what I would consider habanero hot, but it has the citrusy spicy habanero flavor with squeezable guacamole. I'd never heard of this brand before, and I'm crazy impressed and putting it on everything.

I got a Sicilian pizza from NYPD pizza in Chandler AZ and it sucked. I normally go to a different location that does them perfect. This one was overcooked on the top, dried out, didn't rise at all and barely thicker than NY style. Under the cheese the dough was still wet and undercooked. A real waste of money as I was craving a Sicilian.

Its actually the America's Test Kitchen process for cooking corn. I want to credit Pablo for posting it years ago I think

Basically get a pot of water to a boil, kill the heat and submerge the corn for a min 20 minutes and there's no maximum time (I mean I'm sure there is but it can just sit in there for as long as you need)

Super convenient for BBQ when things can go longer than expected on the pit and you're trying to time the sides

Juiciest corn technique I've found. Total game changer

Granted, it might be different with fresh corn out of the field, but I just blanch it for 3 minutes and house it.

OK, wow, these probes helped me nail it.. I even made some Eastern Carolina sauce to top it. Topped mine with a dab of 'slaw and I was one happy dude.. Even though it's only half a butt, it's going to last a while.. And I know, I suck at plating..
