Yeah, she's awful at scoring under the basket, unless for every one of these tweets there's like 25 easy layups that she makes and nobody ever mentions... I couldn't even tell WTF she was trying to do on that 2nd attempt.

The first one was just an all around clown show... the hack that apparently didn't get called followed by the lame ass attempt at drawing a foul (hopefully that's what she was doing anyway).

Here's one layup she has made in her life. Damn shame it came after a person playing basketball her entire life dribbled less than is required in a wheelchair league.



... and the refs still counted it.

The highlights are representative. She is awful shooting under the basket. For a player who lives under the post she brings the ball down and for some maddening reason shoots low with a flick shot instead of going up strong. Not to mention all the times her teammates are standing around outside with their hands up expecting the kick out. Her entire game is bully ball. Which she can get away with to a large extent. But at some point she needs to fix those fundamentals because they're just atrocious. If she can just be even remotely average on footwork and ran mikan drills until her fingers bled she could be a good player.

I think theyve been getting her to do this less and less. Probably to save her the humiliation.

Yeah, not surprising for that reason... when she's dribbling at chin level simply coming across half court or consistently looks like she's a fish out of water under the basket, I'd guess she more or less lucks into whatever points she scores.

Seems like one of those players who never really had to try to get better because she's just bigger than everyone else.

Well when you shoot, miss, and get 3-4 Mebounds a possession, eventually you are going to screw up your shot so badly that it goes in.
