This gives me flashbacks to my own injury. I broke my ankle playing basketball in high school. I was holding my leg with my hands under my calve but looking at the bottom of my shoe. My ankle brace is the only thing that kept the bone in the skin. Two plates and 9 screws later I was fine. I also had a compound fracture of my left arm while playing football. That one took 2 plates and 12 screws.........

the worst sports injury ever would have to be a skiier dying when hitting a pole, or the guy getting his throat slashed by a hockey skate
