Since we're not drafting a QB, which is always a foregone conclusion, we're in position to take a chance. Ironically, this risk might mitigate some of the hurt from the Carr departure:

Janoris Jenkins, CB, North Alabama

If Richardson is gone, he'll be the most talented player available.

With the way things are shaping up in free agency, I think it unlikely that Richardson falls to 11.

Should he be there, though, signing Hillis would not deter me from draftin him.

That being said, Jenkins is certainly an option to seriuosly consider.

We could release Routt after one year but Jenkins wouldn't have had to be rushed on to the field. That's not a bad plan.
