I'm telling you, we're on to something.

In 1999, the Rams invested a high-round draft choice in a veteran quarterback who had been a backup for another team (Trent Green).

In 2009, the Chief invested a high-round draft choice in a veteran quarterback who had been a backup for another team (Matt Cassel)

In this same line of thinking... the Lions went 4-0 in the preseason and then never won a regular season game. If the Chiefs can lose the last game, then clearly, they won't lose a regular season game.

Wow... it is going to be a GREAT season!

Yeah do you remember the year the Chargers went 4-0 in pre season under Ryan Leaf?They were handing out ass kickings left and right.We were the only team they beat that year in the regular season.

Here's another fact: Trent Green held a Q&A session in Fan Zone at Gate H right before the 3rd preseason game Saturday. I was there, and one of his answers was explaining the adversity he went through after his knee injury
