I like a nice rack to get rid of the grease, but if I have to use both levels of my oven I don't have enough racks, and I'll occasionally use the aluminum foil thing. I crumple mine first tho.
Crispier, faster on racks. Frys in its own juices on foil. Pick your poison.

I just do the aluminum foil bit at 425 for about 12 minutes. Pat dry and enjoy. I really enjoy that method so much more than frying bacon, and it almost always come out how I like it.

Less cleaning with just foil lol. Only reason why I do it like that. Just leave the shit in oven longer if you want crispy, shits not rocket science. I never ate a piece of cooked bacon and thought "this is shitty lol"

It doesn't bother me one bit. I have never told a cook how to prepare my bacon. Just give it to me and I'll put'em in a coffin. Its kinda like pizza, the shitiest pizza like Little Ceasars is still pretty good lol. I would never order LC but it doesn't bother me.

What if they expected you to eat? That's not nice. I would eat a slice to show my appreciation. I would add Tabasco or crushed peppers though. Too rubbery.
