If I can only choose between the two (I'm not advocating either, FWIW) I take Lewis.

In Lewis, you're getting a guy that is going to give you better on-field play, the leadership you're looking for, and doesn't appear to be declining as quickly as Vrabel is. All while keeping your draft pick.

In both cases, you're getting a rental that won't be here when the team is competing for a championship - I'd rather have the one that will be a better player and doesn't cost a draft pick.
