I think more than 20 teams would kill to have the Royals bullpen. Remember they set an AL record for K's by a bullpen last year. Granted they had to pitch a lot of innings, but still. They're all young with great stuff.

That's the only reason I can't completely flip out at Yost today. He should've left Shields in obviously... but at the same time, you should always be able to bring your best couple relievers into a game without over thinking it. Especially our bullpen. The move was the wrong move, but I don't think it was necessarily a "stupid" move. Yost has done far worse things. Holland hadn't allowed an earned run in a month, and in that time had 2 BB/16K. It's not like he's been a train wreck lately.

KC has to acquire a big bat with power. Still sucks that neither Shields nor Sale get a W after pitching lights out. Ned does need fired for not keeping Shields in. Getz, I'm glad he's gone. He sucked bad with the Sox.
