Hard Liquor? I wouldn't choose any hard liquor over beer or wine as categories here, but my choice would come down to Pappy Van Winkle 23 narrowly over something I drink a whole lot more of (heh) in Hendrick's Gin.
Wine? I could drink a whole damn lot of a Marlborogh (New Zealand) sauvignon blanc like Cloudy Bay or even something cheaper like Mohua or Kim Crawford. Beer? This is so, so tough for me. I want to pick Cantillon classic gueuze. I'll never tire of the acidity and funk of a good gueuze. But I think I would actually pick Boulevard Tank 7. Saison/Farmhouse Ale is my favorite style of beer, and Tank 7 is pretty damn hoppy as far as saisons go. Tank 7 would allow me to sate my cravings for Belgian yeast and for American hops. |

Its everywhere, in 750mL bottles and in 4-packs of 11.2oz bottles.
Coincidentally, I found myself really craving a Tripel Karmeliet earlier today. I need to go out and pick up a bottle now. |

I know they have some at Big Star in Chicago. I'm in Chicago pretty frequently, and always make sure to order some Pappy there.

That is if I still drank it would be scotch whiskey. I can't say I will never drink again but if I do scotch is the most likely choice of drink.
