I've yet to see anyone even imply this.

Matter of fact, most if not all have either said or implied that if he retains Pioli, or ****s up the next hire, your points gain some weight.

Well, that's the minimum and it's more financial than anything.... there are freakin' planes flying over Arrowhead, fans wearing black to games, etc. Taking care of the problem by firing Pioli at the end of the season doesn't necessarily have anything to do with a culture change beyond not being one of the worst franchises in professional football.

Like Reaper said, he's made decisions that force you to question whether he really knows what it takes to be successful. If he hires another GM and lets him make such horrible mistakes for 3 more years, the Chiefs won't be any better off. Someone at the top should be there to prevent some of those things from ever happening in the first place.
