What are you eating to get all of that fat? Like for instance.....on a daily basis....I'm usually eating cheese, chicken, lunch meat, salad and tuna. Dinner can be anything from chicken to steak or hamburger. But at 65% fat......I'd have to be eating some pretty fatty stuff.
Are you eating any "low carb" fast food stuff? Like a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and no bun? That's 550 calories, 4 carbs and something like 40 grams of fat. |
