Please go ahead and send the game back to the address below with a note inside which has your ebay user id, the auction number and the reason for the return. Once we receive the item we will take care of the exchange/return. Please make sure warranty sticker is intact. You can ship us by usps first class 6oz.

Talk about a complete contradiction considering I removed the little "white sticker" (how I could have known it was a "tamper seal" is beyond me) because I felt the sticker was causing the problem due to other past experiences with DVDs. I told him in my previous email that the sticker was removed. A reasonable reason as well.

After really looking the disk over there is a crack right in the center of it that is probably the problem and he is unwilling to provide any care. Great customer service there.
